I am also heavily in Noront now. About a third of dollar value of all my stocks is in Noront. I am a small investor but for me that is heavy, having just applied for early retirement because I am not making enough $s in the markets.

There is no optimum balance, unless one has hind sight. I am guessing as every one else and hoping things will go well sooner rather than later.
