Hello Sum,

I don't think it is someones bad decision that has them curious to what is going on right now with NOT.If i recall correctly this all really started with the blockade that happened.It was all downhill from there.That to me would mean it was NORONTS bad decisions that got them in this mess, bad decisions towards the natives.Once September hits, it is going to get really intense if another blockade goes up, and i am sure it will be for alot longer time.
