I keep flying into the lightpost, so I'm a little loopy.....anyways...
Today, err I mean, yesterday, I confirmed the dinner menu for the 2nd annual ROF Golf Classic & Dinner. If you're not a golfer, then ya gotta check out this dinner. Here's a taste.....
It will be a buffet with a chef-manned carving station for the slow roasted for 10 hour, HIP of BEEF which will be carved to your taste. I've asked the chef to cook it to my selection and he agreed. The meat will be so tender, it will melt in your mouth.
Okay, who's hungry ? And that's not all. The other choices on the menu will be Baked Glazed Ham and Roast Chicken. Take your pick or try them all !
Roasted potatoes, vegetables, salads, dinner rolls, coffee, dessert and wine and a special request of mine, penne pasta & tomato sauce.
I have many confirmed for this event already, but there's always room for more. There will be plenty to talk about and don't forget my surprise entertainment, to be announced later.
The cost for this great buffet dinner and the entertainment ? I still have to work out the final number, but it should be about $60 per person. Can't beat that.
