This would seem like a good deal for someone who is convinced that the SP will go much higher, such as $10, by late 2014. Imagine being able to buy shares at $4 when shares are selling for $10 .. I sure wouldn't buy these myself -- too speculative for me, and warrants (just like options) are a depleting asset, losing a bit of value every day. But if this is a realistic offering, then maybe it gives us a timeframe during which we can anticipate the SP going above $4 .. since someone must believe that in order for this offering to be made/sold.
