Babe, I agree with you with respect to Cliffs.

I believe they have already worked out a deal with Noront regarding the ROF.

I keep going back to NOT's attempted takeover of FWR. I do not believe they had any intention of taking over FWR. If they did they certainly would have gone about it in a completely different manner, Right from the start(remember the meeting they tried to get with Mac? The screwed up news release, and on and on. At the time, this whole thing never made any sense.

I believe they(Noront and Cliffs) worked the whole takeover together with everything predetermined, prior to Noronts announcement. I believe they (both) have decided how the ROF, around Eagle nest and the chrome discoveries, will be divided. IMO, Noront will merge with Probe, and depending on what if anything Fancamp comes up with, it will either go to Noront or Cliffs. Cliffs will be buying up all of Nots and Probes Chrome.Cliffs will pickup KWG.
