I recall that the original problem with the deep drills was only with one. First one started on

time but the second lacked a crew, was later in delivery, assembly and the delivery problems were due to the blockade which delayed everything and resupplying of day to day supplies was a priority before crews could be in place.

I interpret current mention of 'problem' is the old problem and mentioned now only as an

explanation of why there is a delay with delivery of deep drill results.

Seems like I ( Lol ) and many on this forum, could do a better job of writing many of these news releases.
