It certainly does!. The Noront BOD has disapponted us. We are way undervalued, and susceptible to a cheap grab by a Major anytime. The Hedgies remain in control, but NOT has one shining silver bullet to use at the most propitious moment....our DEEP DRILLS!

When that underground river of Nickel is finally located by our Big Drills, the top will finally blow off our stock price!

Richard was right...lots of little consolidation games must take place, enabling a Major takeover of the whole ROF. Little games games now, big games to come.
