Frankly IAS, I'm almost positive that NOT won't release anything for fear you'd have a coronary if great news came out. You're so used to being in the dumpster that they figure you couldn't handle the endorphins flowing through your system. Your adrenalin would overload your heart and they would live in eternal remorse knowing that you never got to trade in your shares for the life of la. I think they will introduce you slowly to fortune once they figure out a safe dosage for you. :)
