Insiders,BOD, management, and finacers, do not want a higher SP, counter productive to getting options and PPs at low price to increase thir ownership. Would you like to have a $5 option or warrant when you could have a $1 by just keeping your mouth shut. That is why they are forced to put out material information and if discovered that they are misleading SHs, are in trouble. Thats why these guys get in, not for what they do, but for what they don't do untill everyone is ready.
