Brad, absolutely no disrespect intended because I value your input akin to Hoov, Glorieux & others, but I'm not sure that your beef here is really with JJ. Clearly, it's with the management and BoD who have given their IR department a policy. JJ simply followed that policy.....well almost.
But right from the start she was a fireball. I remember her brushing aside Hoov at PDAC a couple of years ago. I chalked that up to that little Worm Urwun's influence after he was defeated in the takeover attempt and he didn't get his Board position. He wanted Retail out of the equation. And he got his way.....well almost.
JJ's not there anymore, the SP goes up a quarter, volume the last two days is about 2 and a half million and the name Merrill Lynch appears big on the list of trades for the day. All at the same time (hmmm). Wes liked JJ a lot. She was a fireball of a worker for the company, flying all over the place and doing presentations for NOT. So for JJ to be gone....well, I won't say it.
I can't blame you or anyone here for being annoyed with the current situation. My wife has pretty much given up on me making any huge profits from NOT, but I keep telling her otherwise. And the buddies I turned on to NOT, don't even talk about it anymore.
But that's okay. Because I'm confident that the day will come eventually when the profits are there. And I have some buddies in the ManofLaMancha range (all due respect Berta), of + $5.
I'm looking forward to celebrating a much healthier SP at the ROF GC in September. In fact, I am counting on it.
And come hell or high water, I state here publicly that I will also be attending the AGM in October, after promising to in each of the last 2 years and not making it.
