Khareema, thanks for a post that lays it on the line, has no axe to grind, and states your thoughts fairly precisely. So often, posts leave one with a having to try to read between the lines, occassionally leaving one with a cold chill, and often misinterpreting the sender's intention, either intentionally or unintentionally. Also, this form of communication is often incomplete, and further thoughts don't get added on. As well, we start adding our own thoughts to the point that the whole message can be totally blurred.

There is no one more emotional than me. As a result, I need and appreciate posts that caution one as to their attachment to management, CEO, going with the crowd, and inflating the importance of having a possible inside.

I for one appreciate especially our contrarians, who dare to try to tell us how it might really be. whether they are right or not, who ring true over a long period of time whether we like it or not. Sometimes it is hard to compliment them, if you are the complimenting kind.

Personally, I much prefer their posts, as they do what I am not easily comfortable with.

And, that is what this board does for me at its best. You "teaches" me. I try to take the best from what I read, and being somewhat of a simpleton, I prefer the "putters on the line" all of them.

Thanks for your collected and sometimes differing thoughts.

We have been patient a long time. Let's hope no errors are made at this stage of the game by "our gang".

vermillion.
