You are correct about 3 guys sitting around a table having beers. Dave Palmer was up in the ROF about a month ago. This I believe was when he negotiated the current deal with Noront and CLF. I'm certain PRB has a deal with CLF and will be releasing news shortly on this and more.

It's interesting to note that Dave Palmer talked about having access to one on Noront's deep drills many months ago. Later I found out that Noront could not spare the drills. Probably had something to do with the issues they are having drilling deep. Palmer must have decided that deep drilling near Eagle one is too risky. Even if he managed to get his hands on a deep drill and find some something then what? He would have no choice but to sell to Noront.

I know you have a position on FNC and I hope you do well on this as you have on many other fronts. Unfortunately, my sources tell me that FNC did not hit. In time we will know the real story on this.
