I disagree with those who are saying that the listing of the problems with the drills shouldn't be mentioned. And for a good reason.

We are going into uncharted territory. The public knows that we are drilling in the north, but we have to keep emphasizing that we are not drilling through some plush field covered in grass and permafrost. That would be too easy.

We are using new rigs made for the job. In any new equipment, there will be issues that arise. I would much rather that the BOD is upfront with encountered problems, rather than trying to sweep them under the rug. This is called transparency, and will lead to confidence.
