I concur. I looked at the world markets late last night and picked a bottom of 1.26 for NOT for today after seeing the decline. Well I was off 2 pennies but that is what I figured I could get NOT for and I picked some up. It had nothing to do with the NR coming out but I do believe Wes could have waited a bit. He is capable of seeing the same stats I saw on Bloomberg last night. What would it have hurt to wait a couple of days? It could have provided a lift of a few cents. I have my theories.
