Perhaps both. A while back I posted that JJs removal was significant to a corporate shift for the company, meaning a structure change which could involve buyin, buy out or something in that realm. Her services not being required seems to indicate that it would be handled in another way, perhaps by someone elses PR dept. if it is needed at all. We'll see.
