"In October 2007, the shareholders of the Company voted to adopt a shareholder rights plan (the “Rights Plan”). This Rights Plan expired in October 2009."

I thought that I had read somewhere that it had expired.

Isn't it important that we have a Shareholders Rights plan! Is this something that will be discussed, and reinstated at this year's AGM?
