Who made money? Yes, I guess the company made money on the FWR shares. What happened to the shareholders that tendered their shares? Did they make money, nope! What about the long time shareholders who went through the whole takeover attempt. The stockprice has only declined since that failed attempt and retrospectively I think many people would agree that it wasn't worth it.
