Was that a rhetorical question?...? To stall, and to divert Cliffs (and other's) attention and resources away from NOTand towards Probe....but wait, that would bring more attention to NOT and the ROF...

Would not a bidding war between CLF and NOT for Probe preclude a concomitant takeover attempt of NOT by CLF, and thus buy NOT further exploration time to line up its ducks (deep drill results)?
