"For the record...I think there is something worth exploring in that idea. I am a complete amateur in this realm but I agree that a unified front of retail can be a very powerful tool, particularly if this unified front aligns itself with other groups/institutions with a common interest."

Unless 'we' place a specific item on the Agenda (should look to the Genaral By-laws to know how and when - too late I guess for this AGM...), any vote taken will be on the items which are already on the Agenda.

A bunch of votes proxied to a specific attorney can however be a powerful tool, at least on a strategic and psychological POV. We may not quash any proposed resolution, but when 'our' Attorney stands up with our many proxies in hand, and addresses specific and well targeted questions to the Board before the vote - on let say on the directors slate resolution - a strong message can be passed, and it may open certain ears. I saw that in the past. (Do not expect much short term results, however!)

I am ready to appoint one of us as my proxy holder, instead of the usual checking of "the President or such Director" to act as my attorney. Crazydik? Why not! A guy who sticks to a cemented sell order @ 20$ for our stock is certainly a very good choice! (Please no snoring in the AGM room, though!)

GLTA.
