we have a problem :

the leaks are a threat to the SP according to NOT BOD but suspiciously the share price goes up before the NR and then , when the news are out , back to the slippery descent .

Now don't tell me that the large investors are not advised of the incoming happening and acting on it they make large profit or they reset the standing of their holdings up or down as needed.

It is very unfair but that is what happens when we live on crumbs.

We have to hope that at the AGM the big boys will fight each other ,this way we could become the balancing factor in order to knock off the governing body in search of a new beginning and direction of our company.

By the way i got my voting papers .
