I've followed NOT now for a couple of years and hold a fair amount. The only thing that I have seen that might point to a takeover move is trading the chrome for Probe's portion of the JV properties. That could be construed as a defensive move or (IMO) to secure a highly perspective chunk of nickle bearing land.

I haven't seen anything in the trading patterns of NOT that indicate a perspective 'bid' nor have I heard anything from the street.

I'd rather hear a buzz about deep drilling hits or from the 'new' targets north of Eagle 1 than a takeover but one thing I've learned about the ROF play is that retail is always the last to know.
