I was away for a few days in Newfoundland and noticed when I returned that this forum had improved considerably. It was languishing very badly and it seemed apparent there was absolutely no will to maintain the nominal standards. Why? Other forums are quiet when no one has anything pertinent to say, but for some reason there are those who will post the most inane stuff, apparently to give the illusion of worthwhile activity.

Well, it is much easier to pick out some good info now, and for that I give thanks.

But why bother reporting violations when even glaringly obvious breaches are tolerated, again, probably to maintain an illusion of helpful activity or to avoid stepping on a 'big poster's' toes.

On another note, it's now or never if some form of joint pressure on the B of D is desirable. Who will try to pin the tail on the donkey?
