It seems to me we are back to square 1, precisely in the same position we were when RN had to be booted out. Then the seasoned executives had to be brought in because NOT was developing beyond RN's capabilities - supposedly.

It turns out they have not brought us anything but disappointment and misery.

Personally, I detest being negative and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, this ordeal has been going on long enough now to know we got ourselves a team with a leaky bucket. It could very well be the current BOD suddenly will give us the results we were hopig for, but why not communicate with us all this time. Only lately there seems to a change of attitude from Wes. But then again, that makes us even more suspicious.

Maybe I am being too shallow, and I am forgetting our tonnage has increased, but I don't like what I see. Sorry. And according to the SP, many don't like what they see. There is only so much manipulating down you can do. The rest is perception of the company performance.
