I think Wes should have been the big shot we assumed he would be and he ought to have known from the beginning his strings were being pulled and that he could not make NOT into a developer. A simple rule of basic project management: don't get lured into signing up for mission impossible. Wes is not to be envied but I do blame him for our situation. After all, he is our CEO ...
