What would be benchmarks that would prompt them to launch SP upwards. Eg. quarterly earnings, tax time, or simply a target number of shares.

If a target number of shares, shouldnt there be more volume? Since there isn't their method is to be inconspicuous and that takes time. To take time, they'd have to feel confident that 1) there isn't info to launch SP despite their efforts, 2) Wes has info but isn't going to release it until a certain time. Either way, they'd have inside info. So, going with the suppressant theory, who is it that would have that money, that inside knowledge, or that control of Wes? One of the BOD?
