Crazydik is a Toronto lawyer. I would suggest we try to use his services for depositing the proxies on a confidential basis and we have Babjak vote the proxies and ask the tough questions. Crazy can advise us as to how the proxies can be safely delivered to his office. It sure would be nice to give em a bit of a scare.
