I think you are letting your general frustration fog your vision. I would suggest to you that one of the reasons why we don't know everything going on is exactly what Hoov just said. For example, if NOT has in fact got some very good modeling under those previously owned PRB-NOT JV properties we would not own them right now. Management has to run this company and I would rather trust they are doing the right thing, which is holding their cards tight until it is the best time to play them. Let's face it if you have a Royal Flush you certainly would not get the largest jack pot if you told everyone at the start of the hand.
