Considering that was three weeks ago, maybe NOT actually does move for no reason. I think it was just a case of somebody taking a position, then others thinking something was coming, and a false rally ensued. It happens with every stock, particularly small caps. That's my read anyways.

As an aside, this stock price is a joke. We will be rewarded with a bit of patience. Why? Because we so clearly have the goods. Can't wait for the Ontario government to start making some commitments, it will be a frenzy.
