Firstly anything is possible. Why would it be impossible to finally have 40m. It has nothing to do with your luck. What it does have to do with is a very large tract of land rich with minerals. 40M is a drop in the bucket for what is likely in this region. We have had little news of obvious material affect but when it begins to rain..... I think you'll find yourself sufficiently wet.
