Orange Flash:
Fair enough......I will certainly oblige
10 + 1 reasons why I continue to hold my investment in NOT shares
1) I believe wholeheartedly that there is much more to eagle's nest than what has been proven thus far; much of which sits below 1200 meters
2) I believe that there are other undiscovered riches on NOT's significant land holdings, which have yet to be revealed.
3) I believe that what has been proven up to date is worth more than the current market cap of NOT; taking into consideration what FWR and SQP were taken out for. I also beleive that comparisons to Voisey's Bay and Aurilian are quite relevant when determining value here.
4) I believe that Cliffs investments to date near about $400 million and that they will follow up some day with one or more mines in the area. On that note, I also believe that there will be further consolidation in the area.
5) I beleive that in the end this current management wish to make good money off this play. Therefore, some day they will genuinly promote this play in a way that will cause the share price to move up.
6) I believe that.... at a minimum, even if we do get taken out cheaply; it will be at a higher share price than where we currently sit
7) I am very bullish on commmodities in general....particularily PGM's which eagle's nest holds in spades
8) I believe in the enthusiasm revealed by RN before he was silenced by this management team.....perhaps he was a bit premature, but genuine nonetheless.
9) I believe the holdings by institutional investors is telling of the potential here
10) I believe that other companies in the area are equally enthusiastic about the potential for the whole area, and for most, their efforts are focussed mainly on the ROF
11) I believe that other stakeholders know the potential here as well, such as the natives and the government. So much so, that the area is given priority in budget discussions for the province and special funding is being provided.
For disclosure purposes: NOT is my largest holding. I also own shares of BMK, PRB, FNC. I did own shares of FWR and SPQ which were taken out and I sold all my KWG shares due to financial need. I also have family and friends that hold a significant amount of shares in NOT, FNC, BMK, PRB, KWG, TBM.
