How is the weather down in Australia? Miners over their big sulk at the initial news of new resource taxes?

What is the purpose behind your recital in such a negative tone? Is it just that you are a 'glass half empty' rather than a 'glass half full man?

Methinks you should bail out of NOT, or else come up with some constructive suggestions to remedy the horrible situation you apparently perceive.
