Hello my friend Canseco!

In light of today's PA, I am happy to hear that you still have all your shares and then some. (Maybe one day I can be priviledged to be your driver - my credentials are outstanding :)

This release is both welcome and timely.

Welcome in that it does provide concrete evidence of what we all have believed for quite some time - WE ARE UNDERVALUED! A few posters have highlighted that other companies have also released positive PA's and their share prices continue to trade at a substantial discount to the NPV. I would offer that our situation is likely quite different in that we are a prime takeover target and as such, the NPV of 540MM (approx. $3.00 per share) is much more meaningful.

Timely. Sum stated it the best. "I suspect NOT is using shark repellent in shark waters." Especially in light of the rumors of which I believe to have some "teeth" that have been swirling.

So, we have a rudimentary valuation offered by the PA today. We should be valued at approximatley 3 bucks per share on Eagles Nest alone. Confirmation of what many of us here have painstaking believed for a very, very long time. Many have offered other factors that should at the end of the day be worth something - one would think. As much as they have been previously stated, I'm gonna do it again because it makes me feel good :)

- The NPV of 540MM is conservative. It is a fact that our average grade 43-101 has increased with the infill drilling. To what extent remains to be seen but it adds value.

- The deep drills are still turning and hopefully they are successful. In the likelihood that are, a little cream on top - potentially a lot. (For the record, I have heard that there are certain entities that are not a proponent of the deep drills and give them a low percentage lof success)

- As per the PA, the a break even nickel cut-off grade of 0.3 - 0.5% is utilized. Below are the results to date for Eagle 2 and AT12:

Eagle Two: 26 holes to date have been drilled with grades ranging between 0.3% and 0.7%

AT12: Averaging 0.5 - 0.8%

It would appear that both these deposits are now a little more meaningful.

- FANTOMAS posted the Blackbird valuation using SPQ's portion of the Big Daddy deposit as a benchmark - $.80 per share.

- JJJ Gold deposit??

- Thunderbird Vanadium deposit (A total of five holes (2,227 metres) tested this target, three of which intersected significant vanadium, titanium and iron mineralization defining an anomaly measuring more than one kilometre along strike.)

- Regoinal targets abound as per the August 18/10 N/R:

- initial focus will be directed towards multiple targets within two
kilometers of Eagle's Nest;
- regional exploration will dominate the next six months of activity
and utilize two drills;
- drill targets were defined by down-hole and surface geophysical
methods that map or identify favorable geology and mineralization
trends;
- the ground north of Eagle's Nest has been prioritized as it shows
strong potential for additional nickel, copper, platinum and
palladium mineralization;

- We still hold the largest land package in the JBL and that has to count for something.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The game is afoot.

The timely move from tier 2 to tier 1. Today's PA. Wes's presentation on Monday.

Starting to feel good about my investment again.

In light of the above, am I gonna say yes to 3 bucks? Rhetorical question - sorry.

Good luck to all!

Cheers,

Milsy1
