...if your guys gut feelings are for a takeover in the very near future this would be the faster way to actively prop up the SP unless Wes &co. are concocting something Aurelian style.

I hope not . But the solitude of the SP on the market not shouldered by the BOD speaks volume for a not supporting effort .
