hey folks,

while talking about the infrastructure we should consider that there will be not just NOT, what about Cliffs??!!!

they bought out freewest and spider, there are gonna be more buyouts (maybe).

so they bought those companies not just for fun,didnt they? there were/are certain reasons, things are going on behind the curtain.

even if there will be no offer for NOT, what I really doubt, there will be some kind of cooperation.

Therefore it doesn't make much sense to calculate those costs without considering any synergistic effects.
