Definitely LT.., you can take that to the bank. However speculation about a buyout offer may be premature.

I think the recent action of the B of D is due to them having received data from the deep drills and they are placing things in motion to protect the company when the news reaches the public.

When the news is out the sharks will realize that Noront is a fatter guppy and with the sp having been suppressed, an easy guppy to swallow.
Management wants to prevent that or at least obtain a fairer value for our shares.

This is how I see the present situation. I have no information to support my belief, just my assesment.
