Unless I'm mistaken,the Noront board hired Rothchild Financial to advise them. These guys have some pretty heavy hitters at their disposal. They don't blink when corporate discussion's get down and dirty. Sometimes when you run with the big dogs...you get pissed on, but then sometimes it's good to be in the pack. If there is indeed a takeover coming, we may be extremely happy with the end result. The Noront board with Rothchild in their corner are not going to get rolled over by anybody. As long as everythings on the up and up we will be fine. As far as I'm concerned, Rothchild financials reputation is on the line in the here and now.
