Edgy,

Were they antagonists?

Why did Not make the initial offer? This one still baffles me.

Would FWR share holders have tendered at a lower price had Not been in the equation?

Not dropped out of the bidding, all the share holders, at least the ones who tendered, figured that was it and took their profits.

What do you think the time line is for Not to develop their pipeline and road, versus Cliffs building the rail line?

What do you think the additional transportation costs are going to be to truck the ore from Webequie to Sioux Lookout and then put it in rail cars and ship it to Sudbury(if that is where it ends up).

The rail distance from Sioux Lookout to Nakina is 240 miles.

The proposed rail line from McFaulds to Nakina is supposed to be approximately 180 miles.

What is the road distance from Webequie to Sioux Lookout?

Do you really think NOT is going to spend a couple of hundred million to do what the PA said, or are they going to wait for the rail line, I know what I think they are going to do.
