I disagree. Wes Hanson is doing a good job, in my opinion.

Here is what I could get from the final part:

Answer by Wes: "I do believe they will go ahead with the chromite. We assumed in our analysis that it's not just government participatiion to the infrastructures, but also developping with companies like Cliffs... Right now, as a company... originally... we competed with Cliffs for Freewest chromites, but... you know... they consolidated 80%, probably, of the total chromite available in the camp and... I mean... We're happy to work side-by-side with them as they become a chromite producer...and it may (help us) to monitorize (?) our chromite too, potentially, at some place..."

Question: "(???) ...with KWG...(???)...they have them both!"

Answer by Wes: "That's right, that's right! I'm not gonna talk about it... Nice try, though! Any other question?"
