I'm going to throw something out here that Wes mentioned today, regarding FN issues.

I don't claim to be proficient in native matters, but one thought does rise to the surface. While the cheif, and the warriors supporting him may control day to day strategy, concerning income for the band as well as individual members. it is, and always has been the elders that will determine long term policies.

I mention the above as an add on to Wes' statement today that he had received a communication from the elders thanking him for the continuing efforts of Noront towards FN education and training programs.
