Cliffs takes us out for cash that hopefully puts most of us in the money. They throw in an equal amount of cliffs shares to get the deal done. The obvious thing here is we'd be back in the chrome still in the nickel now into iron and coal plus a fistful of cash to deploy elsewhere. I like this senario a lot. Can't predict the share/cash ratio but we may be in the sweet spot here. I'm almost excited now. The only variable is how it all plays out.
