Cliff's raising money could quite possibly tie in with the sudden re-establishing of Noront's shareholder rights plan that came so suddenly back out of the blue not long after Noront poo-pooed our inquires as to why it had been allowed to lapse. Noront had stated that it could be quickly re-established if there was a pressing need. Maybe something really is afoot by Cliff's and/or others...
