Babjak.. this is not the artlcle I read.. I just read it as part of the Barrie Examiner.. and it talked about the MNR vs the ministry of mines etc, and of course just threw the paper in the recycle!!

my impression was just that - the gov can screw this up, and it was contradictory like - we want to develop the ROF but we arent listening.. along with the mindset that MNR fumbles around as other posters had mentioned.

when I read the article to a buddy of mine he said well thats why NOT is not doing anything.. and it made sese..

thatas all:) will try and find the Examiner piece... maybe I shouldnt have gone from memory..:)
