Hi Notsters

Maybe there are brilliant strategies being planned by this BOD, but shareholders would never know it, that's for sure. We're still in the dark, waiting for some miracle plan to finally be revealed. Maybe conveniently just before the AGM meeting.

The deafening silence with way overdue assay news for so long is inexplicable. Many old Longs have departed because they are fed up with the institutional games played, and there is nothing they can do about it. The OSC and SEC evidently continue to care less about us little folk.

The salaries paid to WES and Directors are absolutely outrageous considering the pathetic performance of NOT's stock price! Wasn't it a priority of Wes to get the stock price up, and thus be less vulnerable to a cheap take out?! Well...so far, failure here.

Berta Curry...you suggest maybe ".. lets get Richard back." Oh, what a joy that would be, but how do we do this? Also, I think Richard is fully committed to his new company, and his Directorships in several other companies.

Re the AG: Once again, shareholders cannot vote on individual Directors. It's and all or nothing package. So just how do we change anything?I hope those planning to go to the AGM will this year find their voices, and demand some answers. Past AGM meetings have found the retail audience silent at the Q & A period.

Perhaps a probing list of questions could be drawn up (by those here on this board) in advance, and someone planning to attend be apppointed to ask them, or a table of attendees could each ask a question or so. Let's not be wimpy at this crucial time.

Maybe everything is being worked out quietly behind the scenes by a brilliant NOT team. Wonderful. Then please tell us about it soon!

I personally have sold half of my position in NOT( at a great loss) out of total despair with our BOD and continued lack of regulation by the OSC. I transferred my investment into GNH, and I'm thrilled with this GNH's potential. GNH reminds me of Noront in the early days of Richard's great leadership.

Happy weekend to all,

Jacki
