Dear Fellow NOT Investors,

I have reviewed the proxy materials and sent back my response. Needless to say I have voted AGAINST resolutions #5 & #6.

Enough AGAINST votes will send a clear signal that they have not added value for shareholders during the current year.

Had they provided adequate results in the form of SP increase (any) and greater "transparency" , my vote may have been different.

I can't see anyone voting for these resoultions that have done their due diligence.
