Once we have a feasablity study done and proven resources then we would be able to get the money from a finacial inst in the form of a loan would we not? I would not assume share dilution to raise money for infrstructure.. If you can prove you have 8 billion + to a financial inst i would think we could get 600 mill.. Maybe I am way off base here but that is how i see it.. Anyone else have thoughts here..
