i have done the exact same thing withheld my vote ,on all (9 proxies votes that i hold if for a considerable amount of shares )

to show my disdain for this board in my opinion the have done very little to deserve the compensation that they ( or who ever it was voted for the neat little package ) that they get ,i know it will do no good ,but they are my shares ,and by god at least i have that right,

we have the goods ,we have always had the goods ,we had the best board around for a very long time ,that had or was in the process of having joint ventures with many ROf companies which was the right way to go about it ,

we had a board that had the respect of 90% or more of its retail shareholders ,i sincerely doubt that this board rating would be very much above 9% and yet there is nothing i / we / us can do about it now,so even if they come out with news ,before the agm ,it will not change my mind on how i feel about them ,as for the agm itself ,the last couple of times ,when the people where ask if they had anymore questions ,there was dead silence

not many have the balls to stand up in front of a crowd and speak there mind ,and yes i remember the guards at the door ,and one of our guys being treated like a bit of dirt on a shoe

until a new slate of directors is brought forward ,we will all have the same complaints ,for another year, i was asked before to give this new board a Chance ,they had had there chance i stuck with them through the FWR fiasco ,when they needed us ,but alas no more

just my opinion from some one that has had this stock for a very long time ,and is not a happy camper ,and before the oh your a basher yada yada yada starts ,its my opinion only
