I'm doing it because people here are wasting their time and energy. Instead of waste, I'd like to see a list of things people can use to TRUELY measure the BOD's effectiveness and work effort.

This starts with a clear lists of goals presented to us. I just can't find it at the moment. And you know the SP doesn't always reflect a companies value... dont use it as hard evidence to explain your view on the progress so far.
