You have said it, BB. Posters on this forum are made up of different groups, sub-groups and individuals.

You are tired of some of the posts by some of these groups, sub-groups and individuals. No doubt, many of these have their pet hates too, amongst the other posters.

I, personally, find many if not most of your posts excellent, right down my particular alley. I am not taking a swipe at you.

But, I think it is clear that each poster, if staying within the given guidelines, has a right to post as she/he sees fit. If a poster chronically bothers another, the best remedy would seem to be for she/he to skip over the offending ones.

So, we owe it to ourselves to be tolerant of views we can't accept, lest the forum degenerate into sniping and time-wasting non-constructive criticism.

I find the forum helpful, informative and sometimes fun. Sad, though that in this universe, I don't see any way I can bend it to my innermost wishes for peace, order and good government!
