Message: OT but interesting/funny: Mr. T explains why you should invest in gold

We've all heard the old adage in some form or another:"When your barber or the guy that shines your shoes is tauting his favourite gold play to you, then it's a sure sign that we are in a gold bubble, and it's time to exit one's position"

So it's interesting to come across the Header of an article in todays National Post which reads "Mr. T explains why you should invest in gold"

So is this the sign that we gold-longs have been looking for to lighten our gold positions? or might someone be utilizing reverse psychology for the same reason?

In fact, if you listen to the interview Mr T is actually the "front man" for a company which is meant to acquire your gold. I got a chuckle out of this part:

..."one no-good wedding band that you can't use no more..."

Cheers, Luker

Mr. T explains why you should invest in gold

Would you take investment advice from your broker if he wore dozens of thick, gold chains and sported a half-foot tall mohawk? No?

Well, what if he were a washed up movie star?

During an interview with Bloomberg television on Wednesday, former A-Team icon Mr. T (real name Laurence Tureaud) sat down to explain why he has gotten gold fever recently. The 58-year-old went into a variety of reasons why investors should opt for the precious metal, which included mentions of the Incan Empire and the Ark of the Covenant.

It’s probably best if you watch the whole thing for yourself.
