I would have to say that the institutional percentage has increased, they have being buying some pretty cheap shares lately and most likely they are the ones that are keeping us down. Numbers do not lie, big money big power. Hopefully Wes will tell us that we have a completely new Nickel discovery. This is the news that the market wants to hear according to Wes.
